CONTEXT
Enrollment and family communication were run entirely by hand.
I built the center’s first CRM from scratch — student records, enrollment and family communications — replacing a fully manual workflow and cutting administrative time by roughly 50%.
I worked directly with center staff to shape the requirements, and trained them on the system after handover.
